“My family and I have lived at Twin Lakes for a little over 7 years. Everything was right at the start of our stay. After almost 5 years we experienced our washer overflowing when our upstairs neighbors were doing laundry… They found the problem. They had to fix the piling, which they did the following day. We have not had a problem since. They even replaced my carpet in my hallway because it would get very wet every time the washer overflowed. I have to say that I love living here. The office staff has always been very helpful. Maintenance has very helpful as well.”
